Workout Library

The Online Library — 300+ structured Power and HR-Zone workouts. Filter by what matters to you, tick the workouts you want, then build a .ytwpack bundle to install in Your Trainer in one go. Or download individual .ytw files from any card.

From v2.1.0 the same library also browses inline inside the app — open the workout-selection screen and scroll past Today's plan and your installed sessions to find the Online Library group. Tap any workout to install it; no separate download step. The web page here stays useful for filtering at scale and building multi-workout bundles before you sit on the bike.

Cards marked can be extended mid-ride in the Your Trainer app — tap the repeat button on the cockpit to cycle through Off → 1 → 2 → 3 → ∞ extra rounds of the main section. Cards marked Fixed length ship at one duration only — repeating them would produce an asymmetric pattern (work blocks merging or zone gaps); pick a longer pre-built variant if you want more.
